If an order contains an in stock pop and a pre order pop when will the order ship?
Your order will ship out once all the pops are in stock. If you would like any items to be shipped separately, please contact us and we can send you a shipping invoice. Once all items have been received and packaged, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking information.
If your order can’t be fulfilled, what happens?
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be issued a full refund for the item(s). An email stating the reason as to why it cannot be fulfilled will be sent to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, only until 11:59 pm the day you placed the order, when cancelling you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If it has passed 11:59pm of the day you ordered it, the order cannot be cancelled.
How long does it take for a pre-order to ship?
Pre-ordered pops are not available at the time of purchase. Usually, the date of arrival is unknown but we will be happy to answer any questions about items that were pre-ordered and provide updates.
Do we ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship outside Canada. There are options for shipping international and domestic.
