Shipping

If an order contains an in stock pop and a pre order pop when will the order ship?

Your order will ship out once all the pops are in stock. If you would like any items to be shipped separately, please contact us and we can send you a shipping invoice. Once all items have been received and packaged, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking information.

Do we ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we ship outside Canada. There are options for shipping international and domestic.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

These collectibles are hard to find, rare and limited which means that sales are final. Due to this, we have pictures to show the condition of the item along with a scale in which we use to help you to know the quality of the items. That being said, if the item comes drastically different from the quality shown or stated please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the issue. 

How do I cancel my order?

We allow cancellations and order changes until 11:59pm of the same day the order was placed. For any cancellations there will be a 15% restocking fee and there will be no restocking fee for order changes. Pre-order items can be exchanged for another item in stock prior to the release date. Please be sure to review your purchase before placing an order to ensure it is correct.
