Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Black Panther Collectables. We do everything we can to ensure your experience and transaction is as smooth as possible. We package your collectables with the utmost care and attention, we take every precautions we can to prevent any mishaps with shipping but understand that things can happen once it is out out our hands and on its way to you. Please review our Return Policy below.

All Sales Are Final 

These collectables are hard to find, rare and limited which means that sales are final. Due to this, we have pictures to show the condition of the item along with a scale in which we use to help you to know the quality of the items. That being said, if the item comes drastically different from the quality shown or stated please contact us and we will try our best to rectify the issue. 

Box Condition / Quality of Item

Unfortunately, we are not be able to return or exchange items due to imperfections. Please refer to our photos and Condition Grading System before placing an ordering. We would like to ensure you that we do our very best at trying to find the best condition items we can. This being said, we have multiples of some items and can only post pictures for one condition of the items, this is why we also have the Condition Grading System. To understand more about the condition grade please refer to the Condition Grading Guide. In some cases there is different conditions of the same item and there will be an option to select the items grade you would like to buy. Please double check what you are selecting as different grades may have different prices for the differences in condition. 

Cancellations

We allow cancellations and order changes until 11:59pm of the same day the order was placed. For any cancellations there will be a 15% restocking fee and there will be no restocking fee for order changes. Pre-order items can be exchanged for another item in stock prior to the release date. Please be sure to review your purchase before placing an order to ensure it is correct. If a cancellation is needed please know it can take 5-10 business days for the money to show up on the same payment method. 

Incorrect Address / Refused Package

Please ensure you have provided the correct address before completing the order. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned due to being refused or having the incorrect address. If you notice that incorrect information has been given please contact us immediately. 

Damage Claims

Due to the items being limited, rare and/or hard to find we take ever precaution possible to prevent damages. However there is always the possibility that damage may occur during the shipping process. If damages were to occur please contact us and we would be happy to assist in filing a claim. Damage claims must be completed within 48 hours after delivery or they will not be accepted. Damage claim amounts are based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
