Shipping policy

At Black Panther Collectables, we’re committed to delivering your collectibles quickly, safely, and at the best rates possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, new releases), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the final item is in stock. If you would like your in stock items sooner, please place a separate order

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • We ship across Canada and to select international locations.

  • Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • All orders are packed with care, using protective materials to help prevent damage.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • For lost packages, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping charges.

  • If an item is returned to us, it will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as shipping fees are not returned to us when packages are sent back. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
