Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, new releases), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the final item is in stock. If you would like your in stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

We ship across Canada and to select international locations.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Damages & Lost Packages

All orders are packed with care, using protective materials to help prevent damage.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

For lost packages, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping charges.
- If an item is returned to us, it will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as shipping fees are not returned to us when packages are sent back. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
