If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the final item is in stock. If you would like your in stock items sooner, please place a separate order. 

While we take every precaution to carefully pack and ship our products to prevent damage, please note that minor imperfections to the figure and/or box may still occur. We will always package items with the utmost care to the best of our ability.

Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change without notice. Please check the item description for updates.

This item is a pre-order, meaning it has not been released yet. An estimated release date doesn’t mean the item will be released on the first of the month. It may arrive at any point during the estimated release month. Once we receive the item, orders will be shipped in the order they were received.

If a pre-order item is marked as sold out, all available pre-orders have been claimed and no additional stock is available. Customers who successfully placed a pre-order will still receive their item; “sold out” simply means no further orders can be accepted.

Please note all pre-orders have a future release date. Sometimes the release date is not announced and we will not have an accurate date as to when orders will be shipped. If you have any questions about your pre-order, please don't hesitate to ask.
